Lisa Myers is the CEO and Founder of Award Winning International SEO & Content Marketing Agency; Verve Search, based in London, UK. Lisa has been working in Marketing since 2001, and within SEO since 2005. She is a regular speaker at Digital Marketing conferences worldwide, and contributes regularly to the digital marketing press, both on and off-line, as well as authoring several best practise guides and whitepapers for industry associations including eConsultancy. She is also the founder of Women in Search and co-founded StateofSearch.com (now known as State of Digital).
Shannon is the Head of PR and Content at Aira Digital. She has experience in working with well known brands such as Vouchercloud, RS Components, Goodyear Tyres, AXA PPP healthcare and Poundland. Her key skills include developing integrated creative content campaigns, digital PR strategies and media relations/link building.
Alex was a sports journalist and author before making the switch to Outreach two years ago. In his capacity as Head of Outreach at Verve Search.  Alex has got coverage from a bunch of top-tier sites including Business Insider, Daily Mail, The Sun, Independent and The Guardian. In addition to pitching journalists, he also has developed ideas for creative campaigns for clients including Expedia, GoCompare and Lenstore; and made the shortlist for Young Search Professional of the Year at the 2016 UK and 2017 EU Search Awards.
Stephen Panico is the chief growth officer at BuzzStream, managing sales, marketing and service teams. He is also the primary contributor to the BuzzStream blog where he leverages research on product usage and industry trends to provide actionable content. Recently he’s been interested in comparing the effectiveness of outreach strategies and the impact of personalization on successful campaigns. Previously he was the product marketing manager before becoming the product manager of BuzzStream Discovery. Prior to his tenure at BuzzStream he managed marketing at Apptive, a mobile app development platform, with a particular focus on PPC and inbound.
James is a multi-discipled SEO (creatively geeky) who loves to understand how things work and rail against 'impossible'. His concentration is on where SEO might be years from now and how he can work towards making that happen faster.
Sian Elvin is the social media editor for the new MyLondon website. She won the Kent Young Journalist of the Year award in 2018 when she previously worked for Kent Live, and has also been named one of 30 journalists under the age of 30 to watch in the UK. Passionate about helping students get into journalism, she runs the journalism advice section of Kettle Magazine and is a trustee for the Student Publication Association.
Hana Bednarova started her career as a journalist at a local TV station in the Czech Republic. Shortly after she moved to PR. Hana lives in Manchester since 2012 where she studied master’s degree in PR. She has worked in SEO and content marketing agencies. Prior to this, Hana worked in-house before taking the leap to go to freelance and setting up Bednar Communications
Kim is a writer, copywriter and associate professor in creative writing, copywriting, idea development and consumer sociology at Kristiania University College in Oslo. Kim has worked with language and the development and pitching of ideas all of his life. He has worked as copywriter/creative director in several agencies, and as head of entertainment and development at Nordisk Film and Shine Group in Norway. He now divides his time between lecturing and doing courses and workshops. This has taken him to the UK, USA, Japan, Germany, Brazil, Finland, Denmark, Germany and Hungary. Kim has published 5 books. The latest “The Language of the Market” (nov 2018) is about language and social constructivism, how the words we choose actually shape our reality.
Alistair is a freelance technology and automotive journalist who writes for Wired, TechRadar, T3 and other publications at the crossroads of technology and lifestyle. Alistair was previously the deputy technology editor at IBTimes UK, and has reported on the consumer technology and motoring industries for the past eight years. He first dipped his toes into journalism with a weekly podcast back in 2007, when social media was a far friendly place.
 
Alistair’s specialist subjects include smart home automation, wearables, health and fitness technology, smartphones, and autonomous and electric vehicles. No, he can’t tell you when driverless taxis will actually become a thing.
Carrie is a Senior Campaign Strategist at Edit responsible for running creative content marketing campaigns for some of the agency’s largest clients. She is best known for her award-winning work including project 'London Under the Microscope' and loves to take a risk and be brave when it comes to ideation. Her work closely aligns with SEO strategy, building links on top tier publications to improve organic performance by creating stories, data, and assets that journalists want to talk about and users want to share. Carrie made the shortlist for Young Digital Marketer of the Year at the Northern Digital Awards 2019, and previously won Best Use of Search within Travel at U.K. search awards 2018, and Best Content Marketing Campaign of the year at the UK Search Awards 2017.
