The role:

We are on the hunt for an experienced and ambitious Digital PR Specialist with strong written and verbal communication skills and a creative mind. 

Your primary focus will be to get coverage for our clients’ creative campaigns in top-tier media and highly influential publications predominantly in the UK/US, but also other English-speaking countries. You will come in as a senior Digital PR strategist and work closely with the Outreach Director to put together a digital PR strategy for several clients while making sure you support the rest of the team to reach their targets.

You will also demonstrate creative and research skills in brainstorming, developing and pitching ideas for content and campaigns (both internally and to clients) that go on to achieve news coverage for clients in a range of industries, including beauty, design, health, sports and business.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have native/bilingual-level competency in English, both in written and spoken form. 
  • Show proven record of top-tier linked coverage achieved. 
  • Be able to talk about previous creative campaign ideas and creative processes. 
  • Have a strong understanding of the UK (and if possible US) media landscape and culture, as well as a good knowledge of media and cultural trends. 
  • Have the ability to identify and develop stories and PR hooks, depending on the publication/newspaper they want to get coverage in.
  • Be proactive in your approach to work, anticipating the success of a campaign and pivoting if needed. 
  • Be a team player capable of supporting the wider team, solving problems and coming up with creative solutions when challenges arise.
  • Be a direct support to the Creative Director and the Outreach Director by demonstrating a strong creative mindset and the ability to come up with original ideas for campaigns for a wide variety of clients as well as helping other people in the team doing it. 
  • Have examples of showing tenacity and initiative in their previous role. 
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in Digital PR and Content Creation (agency or in-house). If not, show that you’re eager to learn.  
  • Have a desire to take their career in digital PR/digital marketing/SEO to the next level and display an enthusiasm for learning.
  • Any professional proficiency in another language will be a great plus. 
  • This role can be more senior for the right candidate.

Salary:
Up to £32,000 PA, depending on experience

The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in client relations and new business development. We are on the hunt for a self-starting, confident and highly organised SEO Account Manager with great business acumen and second-to-none written and verbal communication skills.

Your key focus will be on the account management and growth of both existing and potential clients to build excellent working relationships, whilst working closely with the Head of Client Services/specialist teams to ensure there is a smooth process and the deadlines and client KPIs are met.

Growing new business for the agency will also be an essential part of the job. You will own the top end of the new business funnel, driving all relevant communications with the client and the team internally, overseeing deadlines, and preparing for and presenting at pitches. Your work will help to manage and secure new business leads from a variety of industries, whilst taking accountability for the communications and commercials.

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Client Services and work closely with the Managing Director as well.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the ability to juggle multiple projects with varied internal/external deadlines, whilst having client goals in mind
  • Be highly organised and able to adapt to changes while staying on the course and deliver results
  • Have a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry, including the major players and supporting technologies, specifically SEO
  • Have experience driving and managing new business acquisition for a digital agency – preferably in the SEO industry
  • Be able to communicate fluently in English in written and spoken form, and have experience of managing client relationships
  • Be a team player capable of supporting the wider team, solving problems, and coming up with creative solutions when challenges arise
  • Build excellent working relationships with all key client stakeholders within their business – for both existing and potential clients
  • Work towards becoming the client’s trusted advisor, by understanding their priorities and challenges and communicating these back to the management team
  • Understand the key commercial terms of client contracts, in particular, the scope, the fees, KPIs and timelines
  • Drive the progress of work client-side and escalate any client feedback or issues promptly
  • Monitor performance and make the client aware of the progress and present key insights
  • Be a safe pair of hands

We are on the hunt for a confident and talented Digital PR Executive with strong written and verbal communication skills and native-level competency of the English language.

This is an exciting opportunity to start or progress your career in international digital marketing and PR. You will gain hands-on experience across a range of key skills in outreach, digital PR, creative content marketing, and SEO.

Your primary focus will be to work with journalists to get coverage for our clients’ creative campaigns in top-tier media and highly influential publications predominantly in the UK, but also other English-speaking countries.

The successful candidate will help to secure the very best level of coverage for the exciting client campaigns that we create, in a range of industries. They will achieve this through building and leveraging relationships with the most relevant journalists.

You will also develop your creative and research skills in brainstorming, developing and internally pitching ideas for content and campaigns that go on to achieve news coverage for clients in a range of industries, including beauty, design, health, sports and business.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have native/bilingual-level competency in English, both in written and spoken form. 
  • Ideally have professional proficiency in another language (preferably French, Russian, Italian or Dutch). All extra languages will be considered. 
  • Have a strong understanding of the UK media landscape and culture, as well as a sound knowledge of media and cultural trends. 
  • Have the ability to identify and develop stories and PR hooks, depending on the publication/newspaper they want to get coverage in.
  • Understand how to work with journalists and be able to adapt their tone according to the vertical and audience.
  • Be a team player capable of supporting the wider team, solving problems and coming up with creative solutions when challenges arise.
  • Demonstrate a creative mindset and the ability to come up with original ideas for campaigns for a wide variety of clients.
  • Be resourceful in finding new journalists to contact.
  • Be able to work on a campaign with passion and persistence – tenacity and persistence is key in this role!
  • Any experience in digital PR, traditional PR and/or journalism is a bonus, but not essential. Attitude is what counts at Verve Search. 
  • Have a desire to develop a career in digital PR/digital marketing/SEO and display an enthusiasm for learning.

If you have relevant academic qualifications or if you have already secured top-tier news coverage in the past (traditional or digital PR) – that’s a bonus and we’d love to hear more about it.
