Our exclusive SEO training course will teach you all about the principles of SEO and give you a foundation to carry out successful Search Engine Optimisation campaigns. The course is aimed at beginners to intermediates and can be held at either Verve Search's office in Surbiton, only 20 min from Central London or at a location of your choice.

  • Search Engine Optimisation:  is divided into three main areas, the training course will go through these three areas in further detail:
    • Technical Optimisation
      Learn how to ensure your website is search engine friendly, using tools to check the technical areas of your site.
    • On Page Optimisation
      Learn what users search for, and how to integrate keywords into your site. Writing title and meta description, keyword mapping, internal linking and more.
    • Off Page Optimisation (links)
      Learn about the prominence incoming links to your website has on your search engine rankings.
  • Universal & Local Search.
    Learn how to utilise Universal Search such as Google Places, Google Shopping and videos.

Course Tutor – Lisa Myers

Lisa Myers is the CEO at Verve Search. Lisa has 9 years experience in Marketing of which 5 in Search, she is a regular contributor to publications on and off line and has authored a chapter on SEO in the book “B2B Marketing Experts” published in 2007. In 2008 she wrote the chapter on SEO in B2B Marketing Magazines “Best Practice Search Marketing” white paper.  She is a regular speaker at Search Engine Marketing Conferences in the UK and Europe (including SES, SMX, Search Marketing World, IAB, and Chinwag), she is also the official tutor for Reed Learning’s SEO Courses. Lisa is heavily involved with the global SEO community and blogs regularly for SEO-Chicks and State of Search, she is respected by her peers and the search engines as one of the leading SEO consultants in the UK.
